Admission Policy / Exhibitor ID

Exhibitor Staff Badges

Everyone working on your stand is required to wear their Exhibitor Badge during show days. Exhibitor badges must be ordered prior to going onsite through Task 3 (Deadline 1 February 2024) in the Exhibitor Hub.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Exhibitor badges are not transferrable between staff.
  • To collect your badges and if you need any assistance please see us at the Customer Service Desk located in the foyer of Hall 5.

Exhibitors must wear their unique name badge at all times during the open days of the show and will be subject to ID checks where necessary. Your badge gives you access to Life Instyle and Reed Gift Fairs at the ICC Sydney ONLY. 

Visitor Registration

Life Instyle Sydney is a TRADE ONLY event and visitors must register before they are provided with an entry badge. The event is NOT open to the public.

Guest tickets will not be available for purchase at this event, allowing us to safely control visitor numbers and contact tracing where required.

To help us reduce congestion in thoroughfares and the elimination of cash and product handling we also advise that personal shopping will not be permitted at any time during the show. We ask for your support in refraining from selling product off your stand at any time during the operational days of the fair.

Children

Life Instyle is a business event, so we suggest where possible to avoid bringing your children with you. However, if this is not possible, please visit the Customer Service desk on arrival for a pram/children pass. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: 
At no time during move-in or move-out are children allowed inside the exhibition halls.

Airport Shuttle

We have provided a free shuttle bus travelling between Sydney Airport and The ICC, for the duration of the show.

This shuttle bus will operate from Saturday 17 February 9:00am to Tuesday 20 February 7:00pm.

Buses will depart the venue from Iron Wharf Place, outside the Convention Centre/Sofitel hotel and Sydney Airport Terminal 2 Coach Bays.

Please note: you will need to register each passenger individually. Group bookings are not allowed.
