Standard Promotional Package

(Complete Task 1 in the Exhibitor Hub by 30 October for a complete profile when the directory launches on 30 October 2024)

Your web listing will be shown on the online Brand Directory, this is our digital listing of all exhibitors at the show. Your listing will be available to view at www.lifeinstyle.com.au in the weeks leading up to the show.

As part of your stand package, all exhibitors will receive an Online Company Profile which includes: 

  • Company Display Name
  • Company Logo
  • Description
  • Contact Details
  • Links to Website and Social Media
  • Upload up to 50 Product images and descriptions
  • Product/Category listing
  • Brand Listing

This task is completed via Task 1 of the Exhibitor Hub.

The Digital Look Book is the first of our two books and is a rich and inspiring sneak peek at what to expect at the show. 

The new digital format will go live on our website and be distributed to our entire database through our email and social channels. As an important tool for retailers to pre-plan their attendance as well as get a head start on their sourcing, every exhibitor will receive a listing.

(Included for exhibitors booked in prior to 6 January 2025)

The Handbook is our more comprehensive book featuring show content, schedules, and most importantly our exhibitors. The Handbook is available free of charge at the show as buyers arrive.

Exhibitor Profiles

Be seen at the show with Exhibitor Profile

Help attendees find you and your products while they plan their visit. Attract relevant audiences by industry, category or product line for high quality connections and access more business opportunities at the event.

Exhibitor Profile is your own profile page published on the event website, including contact details, brands, products and services and other promotional materials to entice customers to your stand. The online exhibitor directory is the first place visitors look when planning their visit to Reed Gift Fairs.

ACTION: Complete your Task 1 - listing and profile page as fully as possible to maximise engagement and attract more visitors.

Tip: The online directory is fully searchable so keywords are a must!

As part of you stand package, all exhibitors will also be included in the Event Guide with your exhibitor profile and a half page advert.

To apply, upload up to four images for consideration by close of business on 13 November 2024 for the digital Look Book and close of business on 8 January 2025 for the printed Handbook.

Images must be:

  • Free of any overlayed text or branding
  • Lifestyle or styled product shots, no deep etched images
  • Look Book specs: 2000px wide x 2000px high, 200dpi resolution OR 1000px wide x 1000px high, 200dpi resolution
  • Handbook specs: 1772px wide x 2126px high + 5mm bleed, 300dpi resolution
